We bridge the gap between business operations and technology.

Most software projects fail for one reason: the people building the system never sat in the chair of the people using it.

Trestle Technologies was founded to fix that disconnect.

Our team is built differently. We are professionals whose careers began deep inside IT departments — configuring, integrating, and supporting ERP, HRMS, WMS, CRM, BI, RMS, and LMS platforms. But we didn’t stop there.

We spent the next chapter of our careers outside IT, leading operations across multiple industries. We ran the warehouses, managed the factories, directed sales departments, participated in procurement, advised HR, and owned the P&L. That’s where we learned the philosophy that now drives every engagement.

So we learned processes not from sales decks, but from the inside. The compliance rhythms of finance. The inventory realities of distribution. The customer speed of retail. The precision of manufacturing.

Modern technology environment and U.S. city landscape

We built the firm we wished we could have hired.

Trestle’s consultants are experts in business applications and process-to-software translation. But what sets us apart is this: many of us spent years as the client.

We were the department heads receiving IT companies. We sat through the demos that missed the point. We inherited the systems that automated chaos instead of eliminating it. We lived with the “go-live” that created more work, not less.

We know the pain when a service provider speaks in modules, not in your metrics. We know the cost of a blueprint that documents your current dysfunction instead of designing your future state.

Having been the customer, we built the firm we wished we could have hired.

Four ways we think about enterprise technology.

Strong enterprise systems should provide structure, connection, engineered fit and the confidence to scale.

01

THE “INFRASTRUCTURE” APPROACH

Software is the essential structure that supports every department in the enterprise.

  • The Framework of Modern Business.
  • Structural Integrity for Every Operation.
  • Built to Support Your Ambition.
  • The Foundation of Enterprise.
02

THE “CONNECTIVITY” APPROACH

We bridge the gaps between business functions, information and decisions.

  • Bridging the Gap Between Data and Decisions.
  • Connecting Your Enterprise from End to End.
  • Seamless Solutions. Solid Support.
  • The Bridge to Better Business.
03

THE “CUSTOMIZATION & ENGINEERING” APPROACH

Tailored solutions are engineered around the realities of the client’s operation.

  • Engineering Success, Layer by Layer.
  • Tailored Logic. Unshakeable Support.
  • Custom Built. Enterprise Strong.
  • Precision Engineering for Complex Operations.
04

SHORT, HIGH-IMPACT

Dense, direct language for a strong enterprise identity.

  • Trestle: Hold the Standard.
  • Structure. Scalability. Success.
  • Solid Foundation. Infinite Growth.
  • Business, Reinforced.

Built from the client side of the table.

Three principles shape how we advise, design and stay accountable.

01

Candor Over
Commission

If you’re not ready for technology, we’ll say so. Then we’ll help you get ready. That’s how trust is built.

02

Process Is
the Product

The software is the tool. Your optimized, documented SOP is the deliverable that drives ROI.

03

Accountable
Beyond Go-Live

We measure success by user adoption in Year 2, not uptime on Day 1. We don’t disappear at hypercare.

“We’ve been the client. Now we’re your advocate.”
